I saw a shirt almost exactly like this a boutique in the mall, with a price tag of $29. Way over my price range, so I figured I would just make one myself. Make is an overstatement-- "attach stuff to shirt" is more accurate, there wasn't much "making" involved. Well I guess the bow. But it literally took me 10 minutes to put this shirt together.
I bought the shirt for $4 at walmart, the rhinestone decal was $1 at hobby lobby, and the ribbon was $2 at walmart. So
$7 for this shirt. Plus a hair bow. And lots of leftover ribbon. I think we make out well. She gets lots of compliments for this easy, cheap, adorable shirt!
