Red, Black, and White Dress

 I absolutely LOVE this dress on Elisa! It is very comfortable and also very striking--red, black, and white is such a great combo of colors!  To make this dress, I just altered a dress pattern-the same one I always use.  This was my first time using pre-made bias tape.  I love working with bias tape; it is SO easy.   I made the hair bow too, from a recycled damask ribbon and a plastic rose, in which I tore out the middle and put a sparklie in it's place.  Here is the princess modeling her dress: 

 

I'm not too happy about how much I spent on this outfit--almost $10.  Not horrible, but I have done, and could do, better.  Good thing it turned out super cute!
